Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what turns up. This policy explains what can be returned, what can't, and how we put it right when something goes wrong.

Standard returns

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered.

Final sale items

Two categories are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Single cards — all singles, once shipped.
• Sealed Pokémon product — booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, bundles, tins and similar.

Both are open to abuse in ways other products aren't. A single card's condition cannot be verified once it has left our hands, and sealed product can be weighed or searched and then returned. Making these final sale is what lets us keep prices where they are and guarantee that sealed product really is untouched.

This does not affect your rights where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from its listing — see below.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

We will always put this right, final sale or not. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of both the item and the packaging it arrived in. We will arrange a replacement where we have one, or a full refund including original shipping.

For single cards, this covers a card that arrives in materially worse condition than the grade stated on its listing. Every single we sell is photographed as the exact copy you receive, so the listing images are the reference.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once a parcel is in transit it can no longer be cancelled.

How to start a return

Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and what you would like to return, and we will reply with return instructions within 1 business day. Please do not post anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns cannot be traced to an order and cannot be refunded.
