These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
Who we are
This store is operated by Secret Order TCG. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Secret Order TCG, and “you” refers to you, the customer.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them.
Products and listings
Every single card we list is photographed as the exact copy you will receive, and its condition grade is stated on the listing. Grades follow the definitions in our card condition guide. Screen colours vary between devices, and small differences in how a card photographs are not grounds for a return on their own.
All products are subject to availability. Where an item is listed in error, priced incorrectly, or is no longer in stock after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will always contact you first.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout, and your order is only confirmed once payment has been authorised.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where a buyer has repeatedly abused our returns policy.
We may limit quantities on high-demand product to keep it available to as many customers as possible.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that takes place under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Intellectual property
Pokémon, Hello Kitty and all other brands, characters and card designs sold on this site are the property of their respective owners. We sell genuine product; we do not claim any rights in those brands. The layout, original photography and written content of this website are ours and may not be reproduced without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break any law, to scrape or automatically harvest listings or pricing, to interfere with the site’s operation or security, or to submit false information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any change in a card’s market value after purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
