Shipping policy
Everything we ship is packed by hand and sent with tracking. Rates are calculated at checkout based on what is in your cart and where it is going.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are not accepting international orders at this time.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is on its way, and is also available any time under Orders in your account.

Single cards
Singles ship tracked, in a padded mailer. We charge the postage; we cover the packaging.

Free shipping
Orders of $150 or more ship free within the United States.
How your order is packed
Singles are sleeved, toploaded and sent in a rigid mailer. Sealed product ships in a box with fill — never a bare bubble mailer. If a card is valuable enough to need more protection than that, it gets more.
Delays and lost parcels
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. Parcels confirmed lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will be refunded less the original shipping cost.
